MEGA GUARD S.Α. was declared by ICAP as a True LEADER for the year 2012. ICAP Group, the only com­pany rec­og­nized as Rat­ing Agency by the Secu­ri­ties and Exchange Com­mis­sion and the Euro­pean Secu­ri­ties and Mar­kets Author­ity (ESMA) . Awarded in 22 Octo­ber , for 3^rd year, com­pa­nies and groups – lead­ers based on four mea­sur­able cri­te­ria in the pub­lished results. the glo­ri­ous cer­e­mony took place under the aus­pices of the Min­istry of devel­op­ment, com­pet­i­tive­ness, infra­struc­ture, trans­port and net­works, with the pres­ence of Senior Exec­u­tives of 380 Greek mar­ket. in par­tic­u­lar, and through a set of busi­ness exam­ined 20.500 only 35 com­pa­nies and Con­sor­tia have man­aged to cope with 8 and to dis­tin­guish respon­ders simultaneously:

1. included in the 500 most prof­itable com­pa­nies or to the 200 most prof­itable Groups for 2012, on the basis of Busi­ness Lead­ers in Greece (cri­te­rion of rank­ing the EBITDA)

2. among the 500 com­pa­nies or 200 Groups with the largest num­ber of staff and have increased their staff from 2011 to 2012.

3. com­pa­nies or the main com­pa­nies in the group have a high Credit Score ICAP (cred­it­wor­thi­ness assess­ment rang­ing from B2 to A1).

4. Located on top 10 posts of their indus­try (based on turnover)
